Job summary

The UPS Store is seeking a Center Manager to run day-to-day operations at a Florida location. You will open/close the center, lead a team, monitor costs and deliver world-class service while providing regular reports to the franchise owner.

Ideal candidates have post-high school education, 2+ years in retail ops, strong supervisory skills, and solid computer/software knowledge. The role requires lifting and a dynamic, motivational leadership style.

Qualifications

• Post-high school education or degree preferred
• Two years of retail store operations experience required
• Strong supervisory/leadership skills and ability to motivate a team

Responsibilities

• Recruits, trains, schedules, and coaches associates
• Schedules work assignments and leads weekly/monthly staff meetings
• Monitors and maximizes customer service delivery and satisfaction
• Develops and implements the store marketing program
• Manages center financials and provides reporting
• Manages inventory
• Reviews daily timesheets for payroll
• Oversees center maintenance, cleanliness, safety and organization
• Performs other duties as assigned
