Qualifications

• 5+ years of customer-facing retail management experience.
• Proven leadership and team-building skills.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Suite, and POS systems.
• Reliable, professional, and goal-oriented.
• Available to work weekends as needed.
• New York Notary Public commission preferred.
• Higher education preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform store opening and closing duties and ensure operational readiness.
• Oversee daily operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient store workflow.
• Recruit, train, schedule, and coach team members to achieve performance goals.
• Lead by example to deliver world-class customer service.
• Support inventory management, ordering, and vendor relationships.
• Organize staff for optimum coverage of Store hours.
• Review and approve payroll and timesheets.
