About the Role

The UPS Store #3271 in Somers, NY is looking for a motivated and hands‑on customer‑facing Manager to oversee daily operations, lead the team, and maintain strong operational standards in a busy The UPS Store location.

• Perform store opening and closing duties and ensure operational readiness
• Oversee daily operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient store workflow
• Recruit, train, schedule, and coach team members to achieve performance goals
• Lead by example to deliver world‑class customer service
• Support inventory management, ordering, and vendor relationships
• Organize staff for optimum coverage of Store hours
• Review and approve payroll and timesheets
