Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• One year of retail store operations experience.
• Strong supervisory/leadership skills.
• Excellent computer/internet/software knowledge.
• Physical ability to perform the job (lifting, bending, etc.).
• Ability to listen, follow, lead, and motivate a team to meet targets.

Responsibilities

• Assists with personnel management including recruiting, training, scheduling, and coaching associates.
• Schedules work assignments and helps run weekly/monthly staff meetings.
• Monitors and helps maximize customer service delivery and satisfaction.
• Assist in developing and implementing the store marketing program.
• Help manage Center financials and prepare reports for franchise owner.
• Oversees inventory and payroll processing via timesheets.
• Ensures center maintenance, cleanliness, safety and organization.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
