Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Advanced education coursework or tech school desired.
• One year of supervisory experience in logistics, retail, or related industry.
• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office and Adobe Suites.
• Outstanding phone skills and strong customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Helps with personnel management, including recruiting, training, scheduling, and coaching associates.
• Schedules work assignments and helps facilitate weekly or monthly staff meetings.
• Monitors, evaluates, and helps maximize customer service delivery and satisfaction.
• Helps develop and implement the store marketing program.
• Manages inventory.
• Oversees Center maintenance, including cleanliness, safety, and organization.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
