Qualifications

• Post-high school education or college coursework preferred.
• Two years of retail store operations experience.
• Experience in personnel and financial management.
• P&L experience preferred.
• Strong computer skills with Microsoft Office and Adobe Suites.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Must pass pre-employment requirements and be willing to obtain Notary commission.
• Dynamic personality that can motivate a team.

Responsibilities

• Performs personnel management, including recruiting, training, scheduling, and coaching associates.
• Schedules work assignments and leads weekly or monthly staff meetings.
• Monitors and improves customer service delivery and satisfaction.
• Develops and implements the store marketing program.
• Manages center financials and provides reporting.
• Oversees inventory management.
• Reviews timesheets and processes payroll.
• Oversees center maintenance, safety, and cleanliness.
