Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and guide them through paperwork processes with accuracy.
• Process and audit retail/wholesale paperwork, including contracts and DMV docs.
• Manage auction and appraisal transactions with proper titles and funding docs.
• Handle cash management: receive payments, deposits, and security compliance.
• Train and mentor new associates and support multiple departments.
• Perform clerical tasks: filing, data entry, and data reconciliation.
• Follow CarMax EHS requirements and keep the work area clean.
