Job summary

MUV is seeking a Cannabis Advisor in a retail setting in Orlando to deliver exceptional customer service and educate clients on cannabis products for wellness use. The role involves ensuring accurate order processing, maintaining store cleanliness, and supporting daily operations while complying with local and state laws.

The position requires 21+ years of age, basic computer skills, and a willingness to learn cannabinoids and product applications.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent.
1–2 years of retail or hospitality experience.
Must be 21 years of age and able to pass a criminal background check and state badging.
Desire to learn about cannabinoids, terpenes and product application/consumption methods.
Ability to use office equipment (computers and printers) and basic software (Word, Excel, email).
Learn and understand Federal, State, and local cannabis laws and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

Greet customers with a positive attitude and provide exceptional customer service.
Educate customers and patients on cannabis products and their uses as a wellness product (not medical advice).
Build rapport with regular customers to promote repeat business.
Assist managers and other Cannabis Advisors as needed.
Maintain a clean and organized workstation and storefront.
Process online orders and ensure accurate pick-up.
Stock and replenish displays; comply with regulatory inventory systems when applicable.
Adhere to local and state cannabis regulations and safety procedures.
