Lilly Pulitzer is seeking an Associate Manager to help run the daily operations of our retail store, focusing on sales, client experience, scheduling and safeguarding store assets. The role carries a store-specific division of responsibility.

The position is full-time, non-exempt, hourly, with a typical 40-hour week and overtime eligibility. It’s based in-store and requires flexibility for nights, weekends and holidays as perRetail policy.

Qualificações

• 2+ years experience in fashion or retail preferred.
• Strong supervisory, communication and customer service skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent problem solving and decision making skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft & Apple technology.
• XStore and Tulip knowledge a plus.
• Able to stand and move around the store during shifts.
• Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds.

Responsabilidades

• Meet and exceed daily sales goals using KPI metrics.
• Use company tools and digital platforms to drive sales.
• Provide feedback to Store Manager to support action plans.
