Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters seeks a part-time Brand Ambassador to bring the brand to life in-store. You will engage guests using the AEO Selling Model, educate them on AE and Aerie products, and promote loyalty programs to build brand loyalty.

You’ll move across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed, solving guest issues with integrity and teamwork to deliver an amazing shopping experience.

Qualifications

• You love interacting with people.
• Available to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• You are at least 16 years old.

Responsibilities

• Use the AEO Selling Model to engage with each guest and help them find what they need.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie products and suggest items that fit their needs.
• Introduce guests to the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns while following company policy to make their day better.
