Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador to bring our brand to life in-store and create an amazing shopping experience for every guest.

You’ll engage customers with the AEO Selling Model, educate them on AE & Aerie products, and promote the loyalty program while moving smoothly across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed. This role values energy, teamwork, and a genuine, premium guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests using the AEO Selling Model to help find what they’re looking for, with a friends-first mindset.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie products and confidently suggest items that fit their needs.
• Promote the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels to guests.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns proactively while adhering to company policies.
