Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador to bring our brand to life in-store. You’ll ensure every guest leaves with an amazing shopping experience, embodying our values and representing REAL self at work.

You’ll use the AE Selling Model, educate guests on AE & Aerie products, promote the loyalty program, and move across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, fitting room and stockroom as needed. A background in retail helps you stay energetic in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Retail experience is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and guest service skills.
• Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Minimum age 16.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests using the AE Selling Model to help find products.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie products and suggest items.
• Promote the AE loyalty program and brand channels to guests.
• Flex across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns while following store policy.
