Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador to bring our brand to life in store. You’ll greet guests, share product details, and guide them to great fits while embodying our REAL self and values.

You’ll use the AEO Selling Model, educate guests on AE and Aerie items, promote the loyalty program, and move between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed. Enthusiasm and reliability are essential.

Qualifications

• You love interacting with people and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• You’re available evenings, weekends and holidays to match guest shopping.
• Retail experience and a passion for AE and Aerie products are a plus.
• You’re at least 16 years old and ready to represent the brand.

Responsibilities

• Engage guests using the AEO Selling Model to help them find what they’re looking for.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie products and suggest items that fit their needs.
• Promote the AE loyalty program and brand channels to guests.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns while following company policy.
