Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters is seeking a part-time Sr Brand Ambassador to bring the brand to life in-store and deliver an exceptional shopping experience. You will be the face of our brand, engaging guests with energy and authenticity, and promoting AE & Aerie products with pride.

You’ll use the AEO Selling Model to educate customers, share details on products, and introduce the loyalty program. You’ll flex across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom while upholding integrity and

Responsibilities

• You're a people person using the AEO Selling Model to help guests find exactly what they need.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie products and suggest suitable items.
• Promote the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels to guests.
• Work across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns while following company policy.
• Collaborate with teammates to get the job done and uphold integrity.
