Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador to bring the brand to life in our Auburn, AL store. You’ll engage guests with the AEO Selling Model, educate them on AE and Aerie products, and create an amazing shopping experience that leaves customers smiling.

You’ll flex across salesfloor, cash wrap, fitting room, and stockroom, resolve guest concerns, promote the loyalty program, and represent our REAL values with integrity.

Qualifications

• Love interacting with people.
• High energy and ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
• Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Interest in AE and Aerie products.
• Experience in retail preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engage guests using the AEO Selling Model to help them find products.
• Educate guests on AE and Aerie product details and make recommendations.
• Promote the AEO loyalty program and brand channels.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns proactively while following company policy.
• Collaborate with team to get the job done.
