Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters (AEO) is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador to bring the brand to life in-store. You will provide an exceptional shopping experience, educate guests on AE/Aerie products, and promote loyalty programs while representing our values with authenticity.

You’ll flex across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom, solving guest concerns and delivering friendly, high-energy service to each guest you meet.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Available to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Retail experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engage guests using the AEO Selling Model to assist with finding products.
• Educate customers on AE & Aerie products and suggest items to fit needs.
• Promote the AE loyalty program and other brand channels to guests.
• Be versatile across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns proactively while following company policy.
