Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters is seeking a part-time Sr Brand Ambassador to bring the brand to life in-store. You will create an amazing shopping experience, educate guests on AE & Aerie products, and build brand loyalty with every interaction.

You’ll also learn the AEO Selling Model and play a key role in delivering outstanding customer service. You’ll flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom, upholding our values and ensuring guests leave with a smile.

Qualifications

• Love interacting with people and delivering a great guest experience.
• Able to stay energetic and multi-task in a fast-paced retail setting.
• Willing to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Engage guests using the AEO Selling Model to help them find exactly what they want.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie products and offer targeted recommendations.
• Promote the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels to guests.
• Flex across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns proactively while following company policy.
• Collaborate with teammates to get the job done and support store goals.
• Uphold integrity and adhere to AEO policies at all times.
