Avocado Mattress LLC is seeking a Retail Brand Experience Associate in Boulder, CO. This full-time, on-site role offers hourly pay with a monthly bonus and a non-exempt status. You will engage customers, maintain product knowledge, and support events while meeting sales KPIs.

You’ll collaborate with the customer experience and logistics teams to ensure a seamless shopping experience and drive brand growth in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Customer service or retail experience preferred.
• CRM experience with TalkDesk/Intercom/Kustomer a plus.
• Experience tracking KPIs or sales goals preferred.
• Proficiency in Mac and Google Suite.
• Willingness to work weekends and holidays.
• Comfort with phone and video appointments.

Responsibilities

• Engage in daily in-person sales activities to meet targets.
• Maintain product knowledge and keep displays visually appealing.
• Assist with events and community programs.
• Follow up with customers via CRM to ensure a wholesome experience.
• Collaborate with teams to optimize operations and reduce returns.
• Record customer feedback and relay insights to internal teams.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues promptly.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
