Avocado Mattress LLC in Boulder, CO seeks a Retail Brand Experience Store Manager to lead our on-site showroom. You will drive sales KPIs, coach the team, and ensure exceptional customer service. The role includes managing events, digital engagement, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver an outstanding brand experience.

The position is on-site in Boulder with a pay range of $60,000–$75,000 yearly plus potential monthly bonus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of retail leadership experience
• Proven ability to track KPIs/OKRs around sales goals
• Experience running branded events a plus

Responsibilities

• Create, report, drive and track KPIs/OKRs around sales goals.
• Provide in-the-moment coaching and feedback to the team.
• Engage with customers as a brand advocate in the showroom.
• Manage store events and virtual experiences at the location.
• Respond to customer questions and resolve issues to ensure exceptional service.
• Train staff on product launches and processes; conduct monthly performance reviews.
• Collaborate with customer experience, production and logistics teams.
• Maintain showroom condition and manage inventory across channels.
