Job summary

Avocado Green Mattress in Bellevue, WA is seeking a full-time Retail Brand Experience Associate to deliver outstanding customer service on-site. The role combines in-person sales, digital engagement, and events support, with compensation including an hourly rate and monthly bonus potential.

You will maintain product knowledge, collaborate across teams, and contribute to a high-caliber customer experience. The position requires a flexible schedule, ability to lift, and comfort with phone/video

Qualifications

• Customer service or retail experience is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communicator with a passion for people.
• Be passionate about our brand’s values of healthy living, environmental awareness, and social responsibility.
• Must be comfortable taking phone and video appointments.
• Experience responding to live chats and using a CRM platform (TalkDesk, Intercom, Kustomer, etc.) is a plus.
• Regular and predictable attendance.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
• Maintain product knowledge and stay up-to-date with procedures.
• Assist guests with resolving customer experience issues and provide an exceptional customer experience.
• Record and relay recurring customer feedback to internal teams.
• Collaborate with teams such as customer experience, production, and logistics to maintain a low return rate.
• Engage in daily in person and digital sales activities.
• Assist with planning and executing events & community programs.
• Ensure the sales floor, windows, displays, and back stock areas are clean, organized, and visually appealing.
• Communicate with customers via chats, phones, and virtual appointments.
