Qualifications

• Experience responding to live chats and using a CRM platform (TalkDesk, Intercom, Kustomer, etc.) is a plus.
• Experience tracking KPIs or Sales Goals a plus.

Responsibilities

• Engage in daily in person sales activities, including selling through chats, phones, and virtual appointments.
• Keep the sales floor visually appealing and organized at all times.
• Assist with events & community programs and improving area operations.
