Qualifications

• Understand sales objectives and help meet KPI targets
• Contribute to monthly and quarterly sales plans with the team
• Support store operations, floor sets, replenishment, and visual standards
• Educate customers on programs, initiatives, and offerings
• Maintain store cleanliness and assist in opening/closing responsibilities
• Collaborate with colleagues to deliver a cohesive RL experience
