Job summary

AEO is looking for a part-time Brand Ambassador in Westlake, OH. You’ll bring our brand to life daily, delivering an amazing shopping experience and representing our company values with your REAL self.

You’ll educate guests on AE & Aerie products, promote loyalty programs, and flex across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom. Ideal candidates love interacting with people, have energy for a fast-paced environment, and are available evenings, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Love interacting with people.
• Energetic and capable in a fast-paced environment.
• Available to work evenings, weekends & holidays.
• Love AE and Aerie products.
• Retail experience is a plus.
• Must be at least 16 years old.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests to help them find products using the AEO Selling Model.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie product details and recommendations.
• Promote the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels to guests.
• Move fluidly between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns in line with company policy.
