Job summary

AEO is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador in Akron, OH to bring the brand to life in-store and create an amazing shopping experience. You’ll educate guests on AE & Aerie products, suggest items, and promote the loyalty program while flexing across salesfloor and stock areas.

You will embody the brand values, work evenings/weekends/holidays as needed, and contribute to a positive, energetic store environment with strong teamwork and integrity.

Qualifications

• Able to engage guests using the AE Selling Model.
• Knowledge of AE & Aerie products with ability to suggest items.
• Interest in building brand loyalty and loyalty program.
• Flexible to work across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, Stockroom.
• Uphold company policies and demonstrate integrity.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests to help them find exactly what they’re looking for.
• Educate guests on product details and make product suggestions.
• Introduce the AE loyalty program and other brand channels.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns proactively while adhering to policy.
• Be a team player and support colleagues to get the job done.
• Uphold integrity and company policies at all times.
