Job summary

AEO is hiring a part-time Brand Ambassador in Beachwood, Ohio. In this role, you'll create an amazing shopping experience and represent our brand values. Responsibilities include engaging guests using the AEO Selling Model, educating them about products, and resolving concerns. Ideal candidates are energetic, enjoy interacting with people, and have prior retail experience. This position may include evening, weekend, and holiday hours.

Qualifications

• You love interacting with people.
• You're full of energy and can handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• You have worked in retail before.
• You’re at least 16 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Engage with every guest using the AEO Selling Model.
• Educate guests on product details and make suggestions.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns while adhering to company policy.
• Flex between the Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
