Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters Inc. is hiring a part-time Brand Ambassador in Westlake, OH. You will greet guests, share product knowledge, and help create an amazing shopping experience that makes their day better.

You’ll represent our brand with energy and integrity, engage guests using the AEO Selling Model, educate on AE & Aerie items, promote the loyalty program, and flex across salesfloor, cash & wrap, fitting room and stockroom as needed. Must be 16+ and enjoy fast-paced retail.

Qualifications

• Retail experience preferred.
• Available evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be 16 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide a welcoming shopping experience.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie products and features.
• Assist with loyalty program enrollment and brand channels.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns while following store policy.
• Collaborate with team to get the job done.
