Job summary

AEO is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador to bring the brand to life in-store. You’ll provide every guest with an amazing shopping experience, learn the AEO Selling Model, educate on AE and Aerie products, and welcome loyalty program details.

You will flex across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, and Stockroom, resolve guest concerns with integrity, and contribute to a team-driven environment. The role suits energetic individuals who enjoy interacting with people, weekends and holidays

Qualifications

• You handle fast-paced tasks with energy and enthusiasm.
• You are available to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests using the AEO Selling Model to help them find products.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie products and promote the loyalty program.
• Flip between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns with integrity while following company policy.
• Be a team player and contribute to a positive store environment.
