Job summary

Columbus, OH — AEO is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador to bring the Aerie brand to life in-store. You’ll provide guests with an exceptional shopping experience, share product knowledge, and promote loyalty programs. Your energy and customer-focused mindset help create memorable visits.

You’ll move across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, fitting room and stockroom as needed, maintaining brand standards and delivering friendly service. Availability on evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Availability to work evenings, weekends & holidays.
• Previous retail experience preferred.
• Willingness to learn AE Selling Model and product details.
• Able to move between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, fitting room and stockroom as needed.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests using the AEO Selling Model to help them find what they want.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie products and make suitable recommendations.
• Explain and promote the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns proactively while following company policy.
• Collaborate with team to achieve store goals and deliver great guest experiences.
• Uphold integrity and adhere to AEO policies and procedures.
