Job summary

AEO is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador in Florence, KY to bring the brand to life in-store. You’ll create an amazing shopping experience, educate guests on AE & Aerie products, and promote loyalty programs while representing the brand with integrity.

You’ll flex across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, and Stockroom, delivering friendly service and helping guests feel valued. Evening, weekend, and holiday availability is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer-facing roles.
• Outgoing, energetic, and able to engage with guests.
• Willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests using the AEO Selling Model to help them find products.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie product details and recommend suitable items.
• Promote the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels to customers.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Provide friendly, proactive guest service while following company policies.
