Job summary

AEO is seeking a part-time Sr Brand Ambassador to bring the brand to life in-store in Canton, OH. You will create an amazing shopping experience for guests and represent our company values every day.

You'll educate guests on AE & Aerie products, drive loyalty program adoption, and move smoothly across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom while solving guest needs with integrity.

Qualifications

• Retail experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests using the AEO Selling Model to help them find products.
• Educate guests about AE & Aerie products and make recommendations.
• Introduce the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels to guests.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns while adhering to policy.
• Support team collaboration to get tasks done.
• Uphold integrity and company policies.
