Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters (AEO) in Akron, OH is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador to bring the brand to life in-store. You’ll engage guests, educate them about AE/Aerie products, and promote the loyalty program while flexing across the sales floor and stock areas.

Your energy and retail experience will help create a memorable shopping experience. You’ll work evenings, weekends, and holidays, embodying the REAL self and brand values.

Qualifications

• You love interacting with people.
• You're full of energy and can handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• You're available to work when guests shop (evenings, weekends & holidays).
• You love AE and Aerie products.
• You've worked in retail before.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests using the AEO Selling Model with a friends-first mindset.
• Educate guests on AE and Aerie product details and make suggestions.
• Introduce guests to the AEO loyalty program and brand channels.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns while adhering to company policy.
• Support team in daily tasks and contribute to achieving goals.
