WE BUY ANY CAR LIMITED is seeking a Retail Branch & Transfer Manager to lead our UK network of branches, manage day-to-day operations, drive sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service.

This role suits a customer-facing professional from retail or hospitality who works well independently, thrives on targets, communicates clearly and can handle a fast-paced, shift-based environment.

Qualifications

• A current full UK manual driving license.
• Experience in a target-driven environment.
• Customer-focused with excellent communication skills and telephone manner.
• Ability to work well under pressure and by yourself.
• Organise and prioritise own workload.
• Build lasting relationships with clients/customers.
• Excellent administration and IT skills.

Responsibilities

• Buy cars and ensure the efficient running of branches; be the main contact for customers.
• Contact customers and prioritise diary to achieve appointments and targets.
• Do appraisals, negotiate prices, close deals and deliver excellent customer service.
• Liaise with back office and collaborate with colleagues.
• Assist the transport department when not buying cars.

About The Role

Job: Retail Branch & Transfer Manager

Salary: £28,200 per year (OTE £35,220)

Bonus: Fantastic monthly bonus and annual bonus based on company performance

Hours: You will work 42.5 hours per week on a rotational shift pattern of 5 days on 2 days off. Weekend work is involved.

Responsibilities:

As a Sales Executive with WBAC you will:

• First-and-foremost our Sales Executives buy cars, but also ensure the efficient running of their branches. You are the main point of contact for our customers.
• Contact customers and prioritise your diary to achieve appointments and meet targets.
• Doing appraisals on cars, negotiating prices, closing deals, and delivering exceptional Customer service to our customers.
• Liaising with the back office and work colleagues through.
• When you are not buying cars you will be assisting the transport department as required

Requirements:
