Job summary

webuyanycar is seeking an Area Sales Executive to drive sales across branches, acting as the main contact for customers and managing appointments and negotiations. The role includes car appraisals, price negotiations and delivering exceptional service.

You will join a fast-growing market-leading brand with a focus on customer-facing excellence, working in a high-energy team environment and on a rotational schedule that includes weekends.

Qualifications

• A current full UK manual driving licence
• Experience in a target-driven environment
• Customer-focused with excellent communication skills

Responsibilities

• Buy cars and ensure efficient branch operations; main contact for customers.
• Contact customers and prioritise diary to secure appointments and meet targets.
• Conduct appraisals, negotiate prices, close deals and deliver great customer service.
• Liaise with back office and colleagues.

Area Sales Executive

Salary

£28,200 per year (OTE £35,220) plus a discretionary London Weighting Allowance of £1500 per annum pro-rata.

Bonus

Fantastic monthly bonus and annual bonus based on company performance

Hours

You will work 42.5 hours per week on a rotational shift pattern of 5 days on 2 days off. Weekend work is involved.

Responsibilities

• First-and-foremost our Area Sales Executives buy cars, but also ensure the efficient running of their branches. You are the main point of contact for our customers.
• Contact customers and prioritise your diary to achieve appointments and meet targets.
• Doing appraisals on cars, negotiating prices, closing deals, and delivering exceptional Customer service to our customers.
• Liaising with the back office and work colleagues through.

Requirements

• A current full UK manual driving license
• Experience of working in a target driven environment
• Customer-focused with excellent communication skills and telephone manner
• Ability to work well under pressure and by yourself (lone working)
• Ability to organise and prioritise own workload
• Be able to build lasting relationships with clients/customers.
