Job summary

Reactive Permanent Recruitment is partnering with a top car dealership group to recruit a Car Sales Executive at their Bristol Cribbs Causeway site. The role focuses on selling prestigious new and used vehicles and supporting customers through every step of the buying journey.

You will start on a £23,000 per annum salary with a very high uncapped OTE and an excellent benefits package, including a pension and holidays.

Qualifications

• Previous Car Sales experience or 2 years in a target-driven sales environment essential.
• Must be target-driven and commission-led; earning potential is high.
• Strong customer service experience is essential.
• Organised with attention to detail and product knowledge.
• Full UK driving licence with no more than 6 points.
• 40 hours per week, Mon–Sat, with shifts and a lunch break.

Package: £23k per year + high uncapped OTE + excellent benefits

Role:

Reactive Permanent Recruitment are proud to be working with one of the region’s most successful and established car dealership groups. Due to continued growth, they seek an experienced Car Sales Executive to work from their Cribbs Causeway, Bristol site selling their highly reputable and prestigious new or used vehicles.

Car Sales Executive package/hours

• A starting salary of £23,000 per annum
• Fully expensed company car (if £19,000pa salary taken)
• Very high uncapped OTE
• An excellent list of benefits including pension, holidays etc
• Great working environment at their prestigious Cribbs Causeway site in Bristol
• Fantastic training, development and career path
• 40 hours a week across Mon – Sat (with a 1 hour lunch)
• Day off in lieu during the week and 1 late shift per week
• Sunday working required during March and September

Experience

• Previous Car Sales experience OR a minimum of 2 current years in a target driven sales environment essential
• You must be target driven and commission led as the potential to earn VERY WELL is real
• Strong customer service attributes and experience is a must as the reputation of the business is crucial
• You will be organised, able to process detailed information, and committed to continually developing your product knowledge
• With a strong work ethic and an inspiring attitude, you will take ownership of your work and contribute to the success of your team
• A full UK driving licence with no more than 6 points is required

• You will support customers through every step of their buying journey from their first interaction until they purchase their new vehicle and beyond
