Job summary

Altabank is seeking a Full-time Retail Branch Manager I in Logan, UT to lead the branch's sales and service strategy. You will supervise staff, drive profit and customer satisfaction, and ensure compliance with regulations while coordinating with partners for a collaborative culture.

The role emphasizes coaching, performance management, training, and community involvement as part of Bank-wide objectives. Schedule: Mon–Fri, 8–5.

Qualifications

• Possess strong sales leadership and coaching abilities.
• Understanding of banking regulations affecting deposit programs.
• Proven customer service skills and relationship-building.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Direct branch activities to achieve profit, growth, and service objectives.
• Monitor deposits, accounts, and compliance; take corrective actions as needed.
• Lead and coach Relationship Bankers to meet individual and branch goals.
• Develop staff, plan succession, and promote diversity within the branch.
• Ensure adherence to bank policies and risk management procedures.
• Maintain regular, clear communication with team and partners.
