You will coach a team, ensure compliance with credit union policies, and use internal tools to drive AAA results and member satisfaction. This role requires 3+ years in financial services with lending experience and a two-year degree.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in financial services with lending experience.
• Notary public or ability to obtain within 90 days.
• Mortgage Loan Originator licensure eligibility per S.A.F.E Act.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily branch operations including cash handling and compliance.
• Develop team through coaching and performance evaluations.
• Use tools like MVR and Value Analyzer to maintain AAA standards.
• Assist Branch Manager with staffing, onboarding and retention.
• Resolve member concerns and support community relationships.
