Job summary

Cache Valley Bank is seeking a Branch Manager to help direct operations at one of our Utah or Washington branches. You will supervise staff, uphold policies and deliver strong customer service while maintaining the bank's standards.

The role emphasizes cash handling, teller procedures, account openings and closings, and building professional relationships with customers and external contacts. Training will be provided and a high school diploma is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Cash handling experience required.
• Knowledge of teller operations and procedures preferred.
• Understand bank operations including opening/closing accounts, IRA and certificate procedures preferred.
• Detail oriented, accurate and efficient.
• Professional appearance, dress and attitude.
• One to two years of banking experience preferred.
• Maintains the highest ethical standards as defined by Cache Valley Bank’s vision and values.

Responsibilities

• Assist with direction and administration of branch operations.
• Ensures established policies and procedures are followed.
• Acts as Branch Manager as necessary.
• Trains, directs and supervise branch staff.
• Assumes responsibility for the effective and professional performance of financial services and teller functions.
• Establishes and maintains effective and professional business relationships with customers and external contacts.
• Effective coordination and communication with area personnel and management.
• Responsible for related duties as required or assigned.
