Altabank, Division of Glacier Bank, is seeking a Full-time Retail Branch Manager I for our Pleasant Grove, UT branch. You will lead retail banking strategy, supervise service delivery, and drive branch sales to achieve profitability and customer satisfaction.

This role requires managing direct reports and ensuring compliance with regulations. You will coach staff, coordinate with partners, and promote community involvement while maintaining a strong focus on risk management and policy adherence.
