Responsibilities

• Promote products and services and maintain knowledge of offerings.
• Identify and pursue selling opportunities with customers and record sales.
• Supervise, coach, and schedule Retail staff for efficiency and coverage.
• Collaborate with Branch Manager to prepare staff performance reviews.
• Complete consumer loans from application to closing.
• Open and close all types of deposit accounts.
• Handle customer complaints and counsel on policy issues.
• Assist Branch Manager in their absence at Bettendorf location.
• Perform all functions related to safe deposit boxes and cash drawers.
• Conduct branch cash audits.
