• Identify and pursue sales opportunities with customers and record sales.
• Coach and supervise Retail staff and assist with performance reviews.
• Assist Branch Manager with consumer loans from application to closing.
• Open/close all deposit accounts and perform teller transactions promptly.
• Handle customer complaints and provide counsel on policies and procedures.
• Support Branch Manager in their absence and supervise safe deposit operations.
