Qualifications

• College degree or work experience providing transferrable skills, or combination of education and experience.
• Experience in the financial industry preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to develop comfort level with sales activities to acquire new customers and cross-sell to existing customers.
• Must demonstrate understanding of advanced math functions for credit/financial analysis.
• Ability to represent Fifth Third Bank professionally in appearance and communication.
• Knowledge of Retail policies and procedures to exercise good judgment.

Responsibilities

• Use the consultative sales process and Financial Needs Assessment to build customer profiles and identify financial needs.
• Maintain knowledge of Retail products/services and recommend suitable solutions.
• Proactively reach out to customers using CAMP and schedule periodic financial reviews.
• Cross-sell to the existing customer base and engage in outside sales activities as directed.
• Develop relationships with assigned partners to provide holistic financial solutions.
• Meet/exceed customer experience and production goals and contribute to revenue growth.
