Fifth Third Bank is seeking candidates for a Retail Personal Banker I position based in the Mount Juliet, TN area. Selected candidates will join a 4–8 week onboarding and education program with rotations in operations and Sales & Service, culminating in a certification for progression within the Retail Personal Banker family.

The role emphasizes using a consultative sales process to identify and meet customer needs, acquire new households, and deepen existing relationships through lobby

Formación

• College degree or work experience providing transferrable skills.
• Experience in the financial industry preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to develop comfort level with sales activities and customer engagement.

Responsabilidades

• Use the consultative sales process to build a customer profile and identify financial needs.
• Maintain knowledge of Retail products/services and recommend solutions.
• Set appointments for periodic financial reviews using approved tools.
• Primarily focus on cross-selling to existing customers and outreach activities.
• Build relationships with Business Partners to provide holistic financial solutions.
• Meet or exceed customer experience and production goals; drive revenue growth.
• Guide CSRs on sales and referral processes.
• Promote customer satisfaction with a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Follow policies and protect confidential information and manage risk.
• Participate in opening/closing processes of the Financial Center or Bank Mart.
• Travel for training as needed.
