Qualifications

• Understanding of risk, compliance, and customer privacy requirements (S.A.F.E. Act registration).

Responsabilités

• Use consultative sales process and financial needs assessment to build customer profiles and identify financial needs.
• Maintain knowledge of retail products/services and recommend solutions.
• Cross-sell to existing customers and participate in outside sales activities.
• Establish relationships with internal partners to provide holistic financial solutions.
• Support branch operations and handle teller transactions as part of the platform staff.
