Fifth Third Bank in Nashville, TN is seeking an aspiring Retail Personal Banker I. The program trains through 4–8 weeks with rotations in operations and Sales & Service, followed by certification to perform Retail Personal Banker duties.

The role focuses on acquiring new households and deepening relationships using a consultative process, while handling teller transactions as part of the platform team. Nashville-based, with strong training and growth potential.

Formación

• Experience using consultative sales to identify customer needs.
• Ability to help customers with Retail products and financial services.
• Willingness to participate in training and rotating experiences.

Responsabilidades

• Use the consultative sales process to identify needs and profile customers.
• Maintain knowledge of Retail products and recommend solutions.
• Set appointments for financial reviews using CAMP and marketing tools.
• Cross-sell to existing customers and engage in outside sales activities.
• Collaborate with Mortgage, Small Business, Commercial and Investment partners.
• Meet or exceed customer experience and revenue goals.
• Guide CSRs on sales and referral processes.
• Promote customer satisfaction with a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Maintain confidentiality and follow policy and ethics guidelines.
• Follow policies while opening/servicing Retail products.
• Participate in consumer loan and bankcard processes from application to closing.
• Participate in opening/closing processes as directed.
• Stay updated on procedures to mitigate fraud and risk.
