Woodforest National Bank seeks a Banker to serve as a frontline ambassador, focusing on building and growing retail customer relationships through exceptional service and proactive marketing of banking products.

You will deliver the Woodforest Experience by engaging customers in meaningful conversations, understanding financial needs, and guiding them to suitable solutions while maintaining compliance in a fast-paced branch environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant retail sales and/or customer service experience.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work flexible or extended hours based on retail branch needs.

Responsabilités

• Take personal responsibility for delivering strong retail performance by identifying customer needs and recommending appropriate banking solutions.
• Act with accountability in achieving individual sales goals through proactive conversations and referrals.
• Provide dependable, efficient service while maintaining professionalism in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Open and maintain deposit accounts and consumer loan products with accuracy and compliance.
• Follow branch security procedures and protect the bank, customers, and team members.
