Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant retail sales and/or customer service experience
• Prior in-store retail banking experience preferred but not required
• Willingness to accept coaching and feedback
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work flexible or extended hours based on retail branch needs

Responsabilités

• Take personal responsibility for delivering strong retail performance by identifying customer needs and recommending banking solutions.
• Achieve individual sales goals through proactive conversations, referrals, and marketing outreach inside/outside the branch.
• Resolve customer inquiries or concerns at first contact, coordinating with internal partners for timely resolution.
• Maintain operational excellence through accurate transaction processing, account opening, and policy compliance.
• Explain complex banking solutions in clear, simple terms.
• Deliver the Woodforest Experience with warm, personalized customer interactions every day.
• Engage customers in meaningful conversations to understand financial needs and explain products and digital tools clearly.
