Job summary

As a frontline ambassador, you will support digital banking tools, collaborate with branches, and participate in community engagement while maintaining compliance and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of relevant retail sales or customer service experience.
• Retail banking experience preferred but not required.
• Willingness to accept coaching/feedback to improve performance.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work flexible or extended hours based on branch needs.

Responsibilities

• Identify customer needs and recommend banking solutions to meet goals.
• Achieve individual sales goals through referrals and outreach.
• Resolve customer inquiries at first contact with internal partners when needed.
• Maintain accurate transactions, account openings, and compliance with policies.
• Explain complex financial solutions in simple terms.
• Deliver warm, personalized Woodforest experiences to customers.
