Job summary

Woodforest National Bank in Enterprise, Alabama is seeking a customer-focused Banker to grow retail relationships and deliver the Woodforest Experience. You will provide friendly service, promote banking solutions, and ensure accurate processing of transactions in a fast-paced branch environment.

Ideal candidates have strong communication and problem-solving skills, are coachable, and willing to work flexible hours to meet branch needs and sales goals.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years in retail sales or customer service.
Experience in in-store banking preferred but not required.
Willing to accept coaching and feedback.
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Able to work flexible or extended hours.

Responsibilities

Identify customer needs and recommend banking solutions.
Drive sales through proactive conversations, referrals, and outreach.
Resolve inquiries at first contact and coordinate with partners.
Open and maintain deposit accounts with accuracy and compliance.
Support branch security and maintain accurate transactions.
Deliver warm, personalized service and explain products clearly.
Participate in community events and branch promotions.
