Qualifikationen

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant retail sales and/or customer service experience.
• In-store retail banking experience preferred but not required.
• Demonstrated willingness to accept coaching and feedback to improve performance.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work flexible or extended hours based on retail branch needs.

• Take ownership by delivering strong retail performance through identifying customer needs and recommending banking solutions.
• Achieve individual sales goals via proactive conversations, referrals, and marketing outreach inside and outside the branch.
• Resolve customer inquiries at first contact, coordinating with internal partners as needed for timely resolution.
• Maintain accurate transaction processing, account openings, and compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.
• Explain complex banking solutions in clear, simple terms to customers.
