Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years of relevant retail sales and/or customer service experience.
Prior in-store retail banking experience preferred but not required.
Demonstrated willingness to accept coaching and feedback to improve performance.
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work flexible or extended hours based on retail branch needs.

Responsibilities

Take ownership of delivering strong retail performance by identifying customer needs and recommending banking solutions.
